Evaware has today delivered the Web reference portal for Novare Professional Services Pty Ltd of Australia. This
bespoke solution allows for Novare to maintain a web based archive of important
reference material and use the internet to distribute this to it's staff and contractors
worldwide.

Evaware completes development of systems for
PIQAS Ltd and begins the hosting phase of this project. Evaware Ltd was
contracted by PIQAS Ltd to develop a suite of web based tools comprising the Patient
Information Quality Audit Service for UK National Health Service (NHS) Primary Care
Trusts (PCTs). Integrating Project
E-vita technologies into the final systems provides PIQAS with a unique
quality auditing service for PCTs involved in healthcare commissioning by the NHS
Payment by Results methodologies. Further enhancements are planned for the tools
and services offered to it's customers by PIQAS Ltd through their web based portal.
The web based service for PIQAS is developed entirely using Microsoft .NET technology
and hosted on Evaware servers.

Project E-vitaTM (ASP) service is now available. The long awaited launch
of Project E-vitaTM has now taken place. The ASP service is now open
for use. Clients can choose between two forms of licensing. They can either elect
to subscribe to the online ASP service or can instead choose the "Classic"
licensing model. Project E-vita is designed to deliver a new level of flexibility
in Healthcare system provision. Please see the

Project E-vitaTM to be launched in 1st Quarter 2005. This Electronic
Patient Record keeping service will come in two forms. One to allow private individuals
to maintain their own medical records and another form allowing Medical Professionals
/ Organisations to maintain records and notes for their patients. See the E-vita

Evaware agrees marketing and distribution agreement with Audentia Solutions
LLC in USA. Marketing of Clinical Records systems developed by Audentia Solutions
will be carried out by EvaWare Ltd. EvaWare Ltd is developing a whole range of "addons"
based upon Audentia's SNOMED-CT based coding engine.

registration well advanced

Project E-vitaTM first modules to be operational by end of Summer 2003.
